Kristy joined us in 2021. She completes us! She is the magical flow of Mindhous Wellness. Seeing to all of our administrative support needs, Kristy is here for us and you if we ever have any questions. She can help you book an appointment, or offer information about insurance. She has a background in office management and horticulture, which is perfect since we are all plant fanatics! She loves spending time with her family outdoors, gardening, and reading.
