Policies
- Payment is due before or at the end of each session.
- We accept cash, credit, debit, and email money transfer.
- You are welcome to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most companies reimburse for treatment.
- Please confirm with your insurance company if you are eligible for coverage with a Masters of Social Work (MSW) therapist.
- We can direct bill to most insurance companies. Clients are responsible for checking their balances and plans for coverage. If your insurance has been used for the year and you attend a session, you will be responsible for the full fee.
- Changes or cancelations are required with minimum 48 hours notice from the set appointment time.
- If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours, or you do not attend, a full charge of the rate for your session will incur.
- We encourage clients to check weather reports and make changes due to illness as soon as possible.
